Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) patching is a trenchless sewer repair method used to fix localized damage in sewer and stormwater pipelines. Instead of digging up pipes, we apply a durable epoxy patch to reinforce and seal cracks, leaks, and structural weaknesses.

This no-dig CIPP pipe service is ideal for sewer and stormwater pipelines, including lateral house connections, ranging from 100mm to 600mm in diameter.

1. Preparation – The damaged section is identified and cleaned to ensure proper adhesion.
2. Resin-Impregnated Matting – A fiberglass matting is cut to the required length (1m to 4.5m) and saturated with high-strength epoxy resin.
3. Inflatable Packer Insertion – The patch is wrapped around an inflatable packer and inserted into the pipeline through the nearest manhole.
4. Air Inflation & Curing – Air pressure expands the packer, pressing the patch tightly against the host pipe.
5. Seamless Pipe Rehabilitation – Once the resin cures, the packer is removed, leaving behind a strong, fully bonded repair.
